Cancellation Policy
All Curbside Trash Pick up

1. Standard Cancellations

Cancellations can be made at anytime. But we will only continue to pick up for that week you will forfeit the remaining weeks.

2. Weather or Emergency Cancellations

In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., accidents, natural disasters), either party may cancel or reschedule without penalty.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible or can be done online.
All Junk Removal

1. Standard Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees.

You can cancel by phone, text, or email. We’ll confirm your cancellation in writing.
2. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows​

If our team arrives on-site and cannot perform the service due to no one being present, restricted access, or a change in scope without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show, and a fee may apply.
3. Large Jobs & Deposits

For large-scale junk removal jobs or cleanouts requiring crew coordination, equipment, or long travel, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

If canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on prep work already completed.
4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge, as long as it’s done at least 24 hours in advance.

Multiple last-minute changes may result in additional charges.
5. Weather & Emergency Exceptions

Cancellations or delays due to severe weather or emergencies (either on your side or ours) will not incur a fee. We’ll work with you to find a new pickup time.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can adjust the schedule and avoid unnecessary fees.
