By booking or using any services provided by KP Brothers Junk Removal, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Terms & Conditions
Services Offered
We provide:

Residential and Commercial junk removal

Trash pickup services
-
Cleanouts (garage, yard, eviction, estate, etc.)
-
Hauling and light demolition (where applicable)
Services are available by appointment or on a recurring basis.

Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate service addresses and access instructions.

Clear, safe access to the items or pickup area must be provided.
-
Missed appointments due to blocked access, locked gates, or no-show may incur a fee or require rescheduling.
​
Accepted & Prohibited Items
We accept most non-hazardous junk, including:

Furniture, appliances, household items
-
Yard waste and light construction debris
-
Bagged trash and recyclables
We do NOT accept the following:
-
Hazardous materials (chemicals, paint, oil, solvents, etc.)
-
Asbestos-containing materials
-
Biohazard or medical waste
-
Explosives, firearms, or ammunition
Unacceptable items may result in refusal of service or additional fees.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on volume, labor, disposal costs, and type of material.

All quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if the job scope changes.

Full payment is due before or upon completion of service, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We accept Credit/ Debit, Cash, Check or any listed available electronic form of payment.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a up to $100 cancellation fee, depending on job size.

Property Damage & Liability

We are insured and take care to avoid damage. However, KP Brothers Junk Removal is not liable for:

Damage to items not intended for removal
-
Damages to Property
-
Pre-existing damage
-
Unsecured or hazardous areas on the property
-
Clients should secure or remove valuables or fragile items before service.

Recycling & Donation
When possible, items are recycled or donated to reduce landfill waste. Final decisions on what can be reused, recycled, or disposed of are made at our discretion.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service due to:

Unsafe or unsanitary working conditions

Aggressive behavior or threats
-
Discovery of prohibited materials
-
Requests that violate laws or company policy

Legal Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local waste regulations and permitting (if required for large pickups or demolitions).

Changes to Terms
KP Brothers Junk Removal may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website or made available upon request. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
